Scott and Stephanie Denton are a husband and wife home building team that each bring over fifteen years experience to their business. Denton Homes has built homes throughout the Des Moines area and Sun Valley Lake. They started their business together nearly five years ago based on their faith in God along with their small town Iowa values-hard work and integrity (oh, and laughter is also an important part of this mix!).
Scott has a former construction background. He grew up in a small Iowa town near Creston and has always envisioned being a part of home building since he was little. Stephanie has a former career in sales and marketing. She grew up on a farm near Iowa Falls. Together they both bring a unique blend of home building experience and as a couple they understand the ‘his and hers’ aspect of building a home!
The Denton’s won the ‘Best of Show’ and ‘People’s Choice’ awards for their home that was featured in last year’s HomeShowExpo 2008 at Ankeny’s Prairie Trail. Scott and Stephanie are both active members with the Home Builders Association (HBA) and Women’s Council. Stephanie served as Vice President of the HBA Women’s Council Board of Directors in 2006 and currently serves on the 2009 Board for the HBA.
