Ron’s Homes’ ranch plan offers its owners three bedrooms and plenty of living space with the custom touches you expect in a show home. Beginning at the front entry, elements such as heated tiles and vaulted ceilings give the home a sense of luxury.
The 11-foot ceiling in the main-floor office features a wood-inlay design, and a transom window over the door brings in extra light while maintaining privacy. To display the homeowners’ artwork, Ron’s Homes created lighted niches in the great-room under a vaulted 15-foot ceiling. And a smoked-glass door above the fireplace allows easy access to the audio/visual equipment while maintaining the clean lines of the fireplace wall.
The home’s kitchen and dining area include wood floors, oak cabinetry, and Corian countertops. A decorative concrete patio off the dining area on the east side of the home offers the ideal spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The master suite and a second bedroom complete the main level; a third bedroom and tile bath are located on the lower level. Downstairs you’ll also see a spacious family room with stone fireplace and coffered ceilings, as well as a second office area.
